Well, we had our first team meeting with the people on our team from Montgomery this past Sunday. It was a great meeting and everyone seemed very excited. We introduced everyone here in Montgomery, went over prayer needs, logistical information for the flight over and discussed some helpful fund raising ideas for the team members that are still raising their funds. I have posted some photos of the Montgomery team members. There were a couple of people missing from the photo but we are looking forward to them joining us in our 2 upcoming training meetings before we leave for Kisumu.

I guess since we will be going to Kisumu, Kenya it would be great to know where in the world it actually is!
Kenya lies across the equator on the east of the African continent. Neighboring countries include Ethiopia to the north, Somalia to the east, Tanzania to the south, Uganda to the west and Sudan to the north west. Kisumu is a port city in western Kenya which overlooks part of Lake Victoria.
Click on the pictures below to get a better idea. I hope this helps.
